1. Mango tea
Ingredients:
• 5–6 pieces of dried mango
• 250 ml hot water
Preparation:
1. Put the dried mango into a cup.
2. Pour hot water over it and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
3. The mango gives the water a natural sweetness and a fruity aroma.
2. Mango sorbet (no sugar, just mango!)
Ingredients:
• 150 g dried mango
• 250 ml water
Preparation:
1. Soak the mango in water (at least 2 hours or overnight).
2. Puree the soaked mango with the soaking water.
3. Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl and freeze.
4. Stir after 1-2 hours to prevent ice crystals from forming.
5. Let it thaw briefly before serving and enjoy.
3. Mango puree (for yogurt, desserts or as a spread)
Ingredients:
• 100 g dried mango
• 150 ml water
Preparation:
1. Soak the mango in warm water for 10-15 minutes.
2. Puree everything until a creamy puree is formed.
3. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator.
Perfect as a sweet spread, topping for yogurt or to refine desserts!
